You also have the option to extend your searches to include all three locations. Reserved items from other stores will take a few days to arrive at your chosen pick-up location. You pay the same prices as if you were shopping in the store yourself. There is no charge for this added service.

Ship to Me
Sound Exchange is now offering shipping service directly to your home. We charge a flat $7 shipping fee, with free shipping for orders over $60. Shipping is by USPS Media Mail, and we will provide you with a tracking number.
Not all items are available for Ship to Me service. For example, vintage stereo equipment is available only for in-store purchase.

At Sound Exchange, we do our best to locate all items you order. That said, we are a bricks-and-mortar business with customers coming through our stores seven days a week, and occasionally we will not be able to locate an item that you reserve. Just like when you are in a store shopping yourself, an item may be misplaced or already in the hands of another customer. If you have already paid for the order using Ship to Me, we will refund the price of any item we can not locate.
THE PINELLAS STORE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. You may still reserve items located at the Pinellas store. Choose from curbside delivery at the Tampa store, or we will ship to you. Read more here.
Note about search results: Some items — like most books, tapes, and used vinyl under $9.99 — are found in-store only. Click here to see commonly used abbreviations in vinyl listings.
You can place special orders for new (not used) CDs, vinyl, DVDs, and Blu-Rays. Title availability is subject to our distributors' current stock. You will be advised if the item's arrival is delayed, and we'll notify you when it arrives at the store.
When you add an item to your Notify Me list, our inventory system stores your request so that we buy it and send you an email as soon as we purchase that item from someone. You will have four days to respond to the email indicating that you want us to hold it for you, before we put it out for general sale.

Why don’t we ship? We want to make sure that our stores always offer the best possible selection to you: our loyal, local customers. We do not feel that shipping items out of the area would be in your best interest or ours.
